Most agencies default to charging per-resource or by hourly billables, which we believe doesn’t give you the flexibility and peace of mind you would need when outsourcing to another company.

Our pricing model means that you pay a flat rate, and we adjust the resources you need based on the task at hand. This way, you don’t need to worry about approving resources that may only be needed for a few days and then swapping them out, we handle all that for you. Every plan comes with a dedicated project manager, who will help you manage all your upcoming tasks and help provide guidance when setting priorities.

Our goal is for you to eventually reach a point where you will need your own in-house dev team. However, we feel that sometimes companies take that step before they need to. We believe in making things as flexible as possible for you. This is why we charge month-to-month, and give you the ability to pause or cancel anytime. If you do chose to cancel, then we’ll finish out our commitments till the end of the cycle. You can pause any time during the cycle, and we’ll store your remaining days as credit with us. Come back to us at any time within the following 6 months to continue.

We’re a big believer in not wasting your time, so we don’t schedule too many meetings. However, sometimes meetings are necessary and we get that. We’ve found a good balance in 1x cadence call per week. You will also have access to your own dashboard, where you can view updates on on-going tasks, set up tickets for future tasks, or start discussions with anyone from our team.

It typically takes us 1 to 2 weeks to get onboarded, all we need is your existing code repository, and any other technical documentations you may have.

In the event that we’re starting a project from scratch with you, it would take us 1 - 2 weeks (and a few meetings) to figure out your requirements and build out an execution plan.
